	Our Guarantee to the Client The staff at R.A.D. will never make a promise that cannot be kept. Our guarantee is a one hundred percent commitment to finding the best possible candidate for your needs. If a problem arises, our entire staff will join forces to provide a solution with speed and accuracy. Need a temporary worker at the last minute? Our office is open at 7:30am and stays open until 6:00pm Monday through Thursday, and until 5:15 on Fridays. Quality Control R.A.D. assures the quality of all our temporaries through up-to-date skill testing, detailed reference checks, and in-depth interviews. If you are dissatisfied with an individual's performance, no charge will be issued for the first four hours of employment.
